<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes and no here.  I grew up in a house that was 100+ years old by the time I was born and since then just about every house I have moved into has been almost as old.  I also spent several years framing new construction.  That being said, it totally depends on the project.  Building something from scratch, I am all over it, but working on something that has been in place for 40+- years, I would forgo only because the repercussions could be quite bad if something goes wrong.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I've always been a mechanical kind of guy, so I generally do projects around the house and in the garage. Lowes is like my candy store. I did the remodel on the baby room and tackled a couple of jobs I've never done before. If there is something I don't know how to do, I'll look it up on Youtube lol.
