I carry LO everywhere. He isn't a fan of the ergo-baby carrier so you have to hold him all the time. Looking forward to when LO wants to do things on their own

LO is six months and weighs about 12.5lbs, just a tiny thing so carrying her isn't a big deal ... which is what happens everywhere, lol.

Ha! I am sure several of you have heard about little jacks living in a baby wearing device for her first 2 years! Yes, she is only 23 lbs at 2 1/2 or so but I also carried her everywhere. But these days, since she started school, she is way more interested in walking and doing just about everything on her own.

My son Charlie is 2 1/2 or so, and he weighs about 30 pounds. I carry him long distances when I'm in a hurry, which turns out to be most of the time it seems.

My wife doesn't carry Charlie as much because she can't, but he doesn't seem to mind walking for her. Maybe I'm just conditioning him to be carried by me? I'm wondering if anyone else wrestles with this.

How much do your kids weigh, and do you carry them? Do your kids prefer to be carried by you, but don't mind walking for others?
