I wake up with our 2 1/2 year toddler... my wife wakes up with 11 month old baby. It's pretty much divide and conquer over here...
How about you... who wakes up with the kids?

We only have one 6 month old, and since my wife has him the majority of the work week, I usually wake up(actually my wife wakes me up when the baby does then goes back to sleep) with him a couple hours before work then had him off to my wife.
On the weekends I tend to get up with him until his first nap, then he gets fed right before his nap (usually wake up DW for this). -
I get up with our 3 month old 6 days a week, but the wife is off to work by then. She gets up with him on Sundays and anytime at night. We each get our sleep-in day on the weekend....even though I'm not very good at sleeping in.

When someone needs to wake with the kids, it tends to be the one who has had the most sleep...
